Equine InfraredThermography: Infrared Thermography is the perfect compliment to better understanding and diagnosing horse related injuries and maladies. From muscle, tendon and hoof anomalies, to mouth, joints, back/saddle and dozens of other on seen problems that crop up with horses. Infrared is the perfect, passive ( noninvasive) way to exam a horse. Having raised and worked with horses in Colorado for many years, it was always very difficult to find a problem with a horse until the problem became either difficult to treat or the horse became lame and unrideable. Though we are trained and Certified Thermographers, we do not make diagnostic evaluations. However, the pictures and records that are produced, can give a furrier, trainer and or Veterinarian a proven method for evaluation.
